[/img]Full Name: Kelby Sand
Age: 217
Race: Suval
Powers (if Fallen angel or other): Telepathy
Appearance: Kelby is roughly 4'0" give or take. She has wavy, reddish brown hair that can't seem to make up it's mind as to what it's doing that day. She has green eyes that always show her distress and confusion. Never has Kelby been spotted without her faithful (and fairly dirty) companion Tigersly. She always wears black and white, Tigersly being the only splash of color she displays of her own choice. Tigersly is a small and beat-up stuffed tiger.
Personality: Kelby is often apprehensive about just about everything. It's hard to be confident when there's a good chance you won't remember what you were doing just minutes ago. Kelby often gets lost or distracted if she's left without supervision from an Announcer or sometimes a Shadow. When left to her own devices she will often scan the minds of those around her to see who it might be most fun to pull pranks on.
Kelby often professes that Tigersly doesn't talk, although she's the last one to believe the lie. He's her courage to go out into the world when she just can't seem to remember why she got out of bed today.
Job: She's supposed to assist the Shadows and Announcers in tracking down Butterflies using her telepathy. When under supervision she's very effective. Kelby's Announcer is often frustrated with her wondering off.
RP Sample: Kelby looked around at the people in the park around her. That one was worried about what was for dinner, that one was upset cause her son had scraped his knee, that one was upset because he had scraped his knee. Nothing interesting. She kept looking. That one wanted to go home because the weather was turning sour, that one didn't want to pick up their dog's mess, and that one longed for the touch of their love.
Bingo! Delving a little deeper, she got an image of a tall, handsome man staring lovingly in their eyes. A romantic dinner date. They spoke at length, holding each other for warmth while the snow fell around them, but they couldn't be together because it was dangerous, he said. His name was Arthur. Arthur Smithison. Arthur Smithison and Kitoko Shitomi.
Kelby turned to tell the Announcer about the Butterfly over on the swings, but just then the skies opened and the rain poured down. Tigersly grumbled under his breath in irritation. Lighting flashed and Kelby jumped under the Announcer's hand.
"Well?"
"I... I don't think there are any Butterflies here." Kelby stuttered, "Tigersly says we need to go."
The Announcer snarled something inaudible and he pushed her into the sand. "Worthless creature. I don't know why we don't just get rid of your kind. You can find your own way home for your failure."
She stood alone as the park's inhabitants fled to their homes. Kelby didn't remember how to get home.
